To clarify, Ed stated that to begin with when setting up a hosting platform and creating content you are to include NO links initially to your money page. This is purely in response to the mass spamming that we unfortunately witnessed. And then when indexed in Google (yes by typing in the url in the search box you see it there) you add ONE link to your Affiliate/money page. Then over time if it is natural to do so you add more links.
NOWThere was NEVER a suggestion not to socially bookmark.You ARE to socially bookmark in a responsible and organic manner, and it is good to call on your team mates to help you do this as well (and you return it back to them).The Web 2.0 community (platform host owners) and Google are wise to people coming in an spamming the system.So with ANY activity you do - you want to make it seem natural.What is 'natural' - granted it is a subjective statement.A rule of thumb we have used in the past is as above with the links.Then with the social posting - if you each do about 5 a day for one platform post/article, that's cool (and you can spread it over several days).And with link building also between 305 a day.Again - that's just a guide. At the very least is shows you that say (I had this question asked in another forum) building back 200 links in 1-2 days - is not going to cut it.Or say for a platform host having 5-10 links on one article - is also not going to cut it.
